Huntsman has been appointed exclusively by one of our long-term Project Management consultancy clients to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager or Associate Director to work on challenging construction projects for a global retailer in the tech industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking account ownership, career development, and a clear path to senior leadership.
The role involves working as part of a team delivering projects across sectors such as base build and refurbishment for restaurants, retailers, members clubs, hotels, and more.
The immediate need is for work at the client's head office twice a week in SW London, with the rest of the time spent working back at the head office with the team, including some home working.
This consultancy values personality fit alongside experience and provides training and support for professional development.
Requirements include:
* UK Project Management Consultancy Experience
* Comfort with administering JCT Contracts
* Experience in High-End Retail, High-End Residential, or Grade A Office Fit Out
* Client-facing, personable, and career motivated.
This is a great opportunity to work with a senior leadership team.
The salary is up to £85,000 per annum plus benefits. The head office is in Central London.
