Responsibilities and Requirements
To deliver a rotating programme of Springboard and coaching sessions aimed at enhancing customers' employability, resilience, and sector-specific skills.
* Conduct employability, resilience, and sector-specific skills training to support participants into employment.
* Maintain records and provide feedback via the customer case management system regarding intervention completion statuses.
* Assist the Lead Employability Coach & Employment Advisor in evaluating session quality and suggesting improvements.
* Offer one-to-one coaching support to customers as identified by Employment Advisors.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in delivering recruitment or development workshops exceeding customer expectations.
* Excellent communication skills adaptable to diverse learning styles.
* Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, including listening, questioning, and relationship-building.
* Ability to produce tailored CVs and support effective job searching activities.
* Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service.
* IT proficiency ensuring system and contract compliance.
* Numeracy and literacy skills for reporting purposes.
* Team-oriented with a positive, flexible attitude.
* Creative problem-solving and positive approach to overcoming candidate barriers.
* Effective planning and organizational skills to meet targets and deadlines.
* Experience in individual and group development environments.
* Experience working with structured targets and deadlines.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in designing and developing training materials.
* Experience delivering resilience or mental health training.

Salary Range
£26,000 to £29,800 per year
