Overview
As VP, TM, you will lead a high‑performing team of 5–10 analysts, driving content strategy, client engagement, and operational excellence. Working closely with practice leadership and the Chief of Research, you will ensure quality, retention, and innovative delivery of Gartner’s audit‑related insights.
What you’ll do
* Lead and coach your team to achieve high performance, providing continuous feedback on professional and career development.
* Develop thought‑provoking, actionable content that addresses key client challenges, leveraging data‑driven analytics and peer development.
* Manage interaction excellence by adopting a consultative approach with clients, aligning with practice and pan‑Gartner metrics.
* Drive quality and process improvements, maintaining standards that support Gartner’s continued growth and transformation.
* Build an inclusive, collaborative environment across all aspects of the business.
* Partner with leadership to contribute to the CAE business portfolio growth and balance coverage at both individual and practice levels.
* Own content plans, collaborate with sales and product, and define operational strategies for resourcing the analyst portfolio.
What you'll need
* 15+ years of experience in assurance, consulting, or advisory roles working with executive and C‑suite clients.
* Strong business acumen with a propensity to learn new terrains.
* Experience managing, developing, and scaling high‑performing teams in large organizations.
* Ability to prioritize demands, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines.
