We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, dedicated and capable Examinations Officer to oversee all aspects of examinations management within the school. The ideal candidate will provide administrative advice on examinations to staff, negotiate with external bodies to ensure that the examination needs and access requirements of the students are met and manage and oversee the recruitment, training and coordination of invigilators, readers and scribes.
For this post you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be proficient in IT and MS Office software with a strong commitment to school improvement. The role will involve full responsibility for all exam organisation and supervision of the school as an exam centre. Ideally you will have experience of working with multiple awarding bodies and qualifications with portfolio based assessments. The post holder should be familiar with examination regulations and should be able to advise staff, management and students accordingly.
