Fluent German (C1/C2) – B2B Lead Generator

About the Role
We’re a growing B2B sales company working with international clients, and we’re looking for a fluent German-speaking Appointment Setter to engage decision-makers in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
You’ll be generating warm, qualified leads for our client — no pressure tactics, just professional conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Speaking to German-speaking B2B decision-makers via phone
* Qualifying interest and securing warm leads
* Representing our clients professionally and confidently
* Working towards clear, achievable targets with uncapped commission
Working hours
Working hours: 37.5–40 hours per week. Full flexibility required between 8am–8pm, Monday–Friday.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent / native-level German (spoken & written)
* Fluent English
* Confident communicator who enjoys structured targets
* Resilient, motivated, and professional
* Comfortable working in a performance-driven but supportive team (Candidates must have at least 12 months Telesales or F2F Sales Experience)
What We Offer
* £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
* Uncapped bonus structure with clear earning potential
* Pay progression based on performance
