Tenancy Coordinator needed in Nottingham Paying £13.50 per hr ref OR22972 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Service Coordination & Specialist Administration Carry out specialist tenancy management activities in line with established procedures, instructions, and service standards. Maintain an effective appointment system for Housing Officers, ensuring timely responses to complaints, enquiries, and service requests. Plan and coordinate programmes for: Housing surgeries Estate inspections New tenant visits Introductory tenancy reviews Tenancy Processes & Customer Contact Administer and process requests relating to: Mutual exchanges Successions Assignments of tenancy Permissions requests Initiate outgoing calls and respond to enquiries to provide excellent customer service and encourage feedback. Carry out reception duties as required, including face‑to‑face and telephone enquiries. Provide accurate and timely housing advice to residents. Operational Support for Housing Officers Support Housing Officers with tenancy visits, including inspections, safe and well checks, and follow‑up visits.
