Working Pattern: Office-based during probation, hybrid working available thereafter

The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Belfast team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing strategy in a fast-paced, brand-centric environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged and rewarded.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support growth across recruitment campaigns, events, and all brand initiatives - helping to drive engagement, build our presence and deliver measurable impact across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support the delivery of digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on SEO optimisation.
2. Design and execute digital campaigns (including email marketing and paid advertising) to promote recruitment initiatives, events, and brand activities.
3. Measure performance and report on ROI, optimising campaigns based on actionable insights.
4. Monitor and manage Staffline's online reputation across review platforms, Google and social media channels.
5. Use analytics tools to measure performance across digital and communication channels.
6. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leaders, recommending improvements.
7. Create engaging digital content aligned with our brand and audience behaviours.
8. Collaborate effectively with teams across departments and locations.
9. Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
Person Specification
Essential
10. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
11. At least 2 years' proven experience in a similar marketing role.
12. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills - able to tailor tone and message to different audiences.
13. Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management/analytics platforms.
14. Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
15. Confident working independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
16. Creative, proactive, and passionate about storytelling and employee engagement.
Desirable
17. Proven graphic design ability.
