We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our growing team in early December 2025. The role is based in our Alloa office and follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with an early finish every Friday You'll be at the heart of our customer journey—delivering exceptional service, building real connections, and uncovering opportunities for our sales team to go even further.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact existing customers by telephone to ensure they've received the high level of service Bon Accord Life is known for.
* Build rapport and trust with clients while identifying opportunities for our experienced sales consultants.
* Deliver a friendly, professional, and consultative experience on every call.
What We're Looking For
* Telephone-based customer service or sales experience (essential)
* Financial services background is a bonus, but not essential
* A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
* Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
* Comfortable commuting to the Alloa office full-time
* Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive customer information with care
* Possesses strict time management skills
