Job Title: Territory Manager / Field Sales Representative
Contract Type: Permanent, Full‑time (Monday to Friday)
Remuneration: £27,527 per annum plus a 10% bonus, small company van with fuel card, and additional benefits as listed below.
Your responsibilities:
As a Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative you will increase visibility of key Danone brands. You will represent a range of Danone products—including Evian & Volvic water and plant‑based products such as Alpro—in stores. You will visit cash and carry retailers regularly to purchase stock for direct sale to retailers, and you must be comfortable with manual handling, lifting stock, and cash handling.

Ideal experience:
You would ideally have experience in a field‑based sales role within a convenience, independent, or impulse environment. We value applicants who share Danone’s values and are passionate about sustainability.
Required Skills and Attributes
* Self‑motivated and thrive in a KPI‑driven environment.
* People‑oriented, confident, and comfortable building relationships with key contacts in store.
* Strong communication skills.
* Previous experience in a customer‑centred role is advantageous.
* High resilience and energy levels are essential.
Additional requirements
* Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points or prior bans). All offers subject to a DVLA licence check.
* The role is field‑based with regular daily travel – comfortable driving at distance.
* Manual handling/heavy lifting required.
* Overnight stays may be required on occasion.
