Operations Coordinator Job in Central London
An Operations Coordinator Job is now available with a leading furniture dealership based in Central London. The practice has one of the largest networks of clients in their industry, both within London and across Europe. Salary of up to £30,000 for the right candidate.
Established over two decades ago, our client is one of the most well-connected privately owned furniture dealerships within London. They are now looking to speak to candidates who have experience in operations to join their team in Central London on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Process orders, liaising with suppliers to confirm product details, delivery dates, and acknowledgements
2. Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery/installation schedules, and general inquiries
3. Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse/installation teams to ensure timely deliveries and installations
4. Support the sales team and project managers on large projects, handling administrative tasks such as RAMs, permit requests, and inductions
5. Manage warranty claims and process necessary documentation
6. Assist with general office administration, including maintaining supplies, office upkeep, and answering calls.
Required Skills & Experience
7. At least 1 year UK experience in similar operations role
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel experience is essential
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Ability to manage and prioritise tasks
11. Good customer service skills.
