Job Title: Manual/CNC Grinder

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Manual/CNC Grinder to join the team in Isleworth. This role involves working with tight tolerances on high-precision aerospace and engineering components. While prior grinding experience is essential, there is scope for development for candidates with the right machining background and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities External and internal cylindrical grinding and thread grinding on manual and CNC machines
Working to tight tolerances and precision finishes
Using comparators, shadowgraph, and other measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met
Interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
Contributing to the production of high-precision aerospace and engineering components
Candidate Requirements Previous grinding experience (manual and/or CNC) is preferred
Consideration may be given to skilled millers or turners willing to train in grinding
Ability to work to tight tolerances and demonstrate experience in high-precision work
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Must be fairly local to Isleworth (reasonable commute)
Working Hours 40 hours per week
MondayThursday: 07:30 16:30
Friday: 07:30 13:30
Plenty of overtime available
