About the role
As a Product Technologist at the No7 Beauty Company, you will be responsible for delivering formulation development through our third-party supplier base. You will support the delivery of the brand's 3-year plans by partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure formulations meet consumer, category, and brand requirements. You will work within a team of technical experts to develop new formulations for specific categories or brands within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
About the opportunity
Reporting to a Formulation Manager, you will ensure the performance and quality of the products you oversee. Using your technical expertise, you will support our third-party suppliers, optimize product briefs, and challenge existing thinking around product selection. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project activities, ensure data accuracy, and manage formulation risks effectively.
What you’ll need to have
* Technical experience in product development, ideally within cosmetics
* Confidence in communicating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Understanding of development processes
* Excellent project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
