Responsibilities
:
1. Formulate and define systems scope and project objectives through research activities
2. Analyse business client needs and document requirements by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts
3. Assess applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures or precedents
4. Identify risk and consider business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
5. Create and prepare reports, metrics and presentations
6. Work as a team to aplish objectives and define and make rmendations for enhancements
7. Participate in validation and testing activities to identify system problems and perform other duties as assigned
8. Collaborate and work with globally distributed multicultural teams
Mandatory skills:
9. BA relevant experience
10. Technical background. Understanding of SQL, REST API, Messaging systems (Kafka, Solace), Client API integrations. Messaging formats and standards.
11. Good presentation skills. Part of this role will be providing PowerPoint decks and presenting these decks to Biweekly Global Asset class meetings
12. Knowledge of business systems and industry standards
13. Demonstrated data analysis and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
14. Proven interpersonal skills to develop working relationships
15. Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbalmunication
16. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and approach work methodically with attention to detail
17. Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
18. Strong Planning and Personal Organizational Skills
19. Finance/Banking background
