Accounts Apprentice (AAT Level 3)

The Role
We are looking for a motivated candidate who has recently completed A-Levels (or equivalent) and is looking to begin their career in finance. Starting in September, you will study towards your AAT Level 3 qualification while gaining hands-on experience within our busy Finance Department at Print Clever Ltd.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing print-on-demand fulfilment business and gain exposure to the commercial side of finance, including management accounts, reporting, and e-commerce operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Assisting the Finance Team with daily bookkeeping tasks and reconciliations.
* Supporting the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
* Analysing sales and cost data to support financial reporting.
* Working with Excel/Google Sheets to manage large data sets and prepare reports.
* Assisting with purchase ledger, sales ledger, and bank reconciliations.
* Supporting analysis of marketing spend, fulfilment costs, and profitability.
* Helping to prepare month-end and board reports.
* General administrative support within the Finance Department.
Essential Skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong numeracy skills with attention to detail.
* Confident IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
* An analytical and inquisitive mindset with a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong academic performance and commitment to completing AAT studies.
Qualifications
* A-Levels (or equivalent).
* GCSEs (Grade 5 / C or above) in Maths and English.
