Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established car dealership in Kings Heath. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused Service Advisor who enjoys a fast-paced workshop environment and wants a healthy work-life balance with no weekends.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maximising service department efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
·Managing service and repair bookings within the service department
·Acting as the main customer contact from vehicle drop-off to collection
·Ensuring efficient workshop loading and job card management
·Advising customers on required work, maintenance, and service plans
·Upselling additional work, service plans, and special offers where appropriate
·Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
Requirements
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership is essential
·Strong customer service and communication skills
·Proven experience in upselling service work and added-value products
·Working knowledge of dealership DMS systems such as Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or similar
·Full UK manual driving licence (subject to licence check)
