About the Role
As an Adult Social Worker in the Locality Team, you will:
7. Work directly with adults to understand their wishes, feelings, and desired outcomes
8. Deliver strengths‑based, relationship‑focused practice
9. Complete high‑quality assessments and develop person‑centred, outcome‑focused plans
10. Manage a varied caseload with regular reflective supervision
11. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legislation, research, and best practice
12. Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi‑agency partners
Requirements
13. A recognised Social Work qualification
14. Completed ASYE
15. Active Social Work England registration
16. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
