SEN Tutor
Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
* Assist students in developing study skills and strategies
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching techniques accordingly
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of the UK education system
* Ability to create individualised learning plans
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Patience and empathy
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Training in specific SEN interventions
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Working closely with students and their families
* Collaborating with other professionals in the education sector

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
