The successful candidate will run independent clinics, deliver evidence-based care, and work closely with GPs and other health professionals. Primary Care experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Duties Run nurse-led clinics including: immunisations, travel health, wound care, cervical screening, chronic disease management (asthma, COPD, diabetes) Carry out diagnostic and monitoring procedures: spirometry, ECGs, venepuncture, suture removal, ambulatory BP fitting Deliver health promotion, lifestyle advice, and opportunistic care Assist with minor ops, flu/COVID clinics, and emergency situations (CPR, anaphylaxis) Maintain accurate clinical records (SystmOne) in line with NMC standards Uphold infection control, equipment maintenance, and stock management Contribute to practice meetings, service development, and clinical governancePerson Specification Registered General Nurse (NMC registered) Primary Care experience desirable (training provided if required) Confident, adaptable, and committed to holistic patient care IT literate and confident with electronic record systems Professional, respectful, and strong team player✅ Flexible working patterns (including full-time across 4 days) ✅ Opportunities to develop across a broad range of Primary Care services ✅ Supportive and welcoming environment Apply by sending your CV to
