We're now seeking a Recruitment & Relationship Manager to take ownership of hiring, subcontractor management, and HR support, ensuring the right people and partnerships are in place to drive our projects forward.
The Role
As our Recruitment & Relationship Manager, you'll be at the centre of building and maintaining our workforce and partnerships. You'll oversee end-to-end recruitment, manage HR processes, and procure reliable subcontractors, all while acting as the link between management, staff, and external partners.
This is a hands-on role with real variety and responsibility perfect for someone who enjoys people-focused work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
* Write and post engaging job adverts across platforms
* Screen CVs, shortlist, arrange and conduct interviews
* Issue contracts via Docusign and manage onboarding checklists
* Report on recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
Subcontractor & Partner Management
* Source and vet subcontractors (engineers, electricians, installers)
* Collect and verify qualifications, insurance, and compliance documents
* Draft subcontractor agreements and tool sign-out forms
* Maintain an up-to-date approved subcontractor list
* Monitor performance and support strong working relationships
HR & Wellbeing Support
* Manage employee onboarding and exit processes
* Ensure staff's wellbeing is positive and
* Handle holiday requests, absences, and general HR queries
* Ensure wellbeing across the workforce is positive and supported
* Maintain HR compliance records and policies
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or subcontractor management (construction/renewables sector is a bonus)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
* Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, HR/recruitment platforms)
* A team player who thrives in a growing business environment
