At Grove Gardens, you'll lead a dedicated team in a vibrant, inclusive supported living service that's home to 14 adults. About Grove Gardens
Grove Gardens is a warm and inclusive supported living scheme comprising six one-bedroom flats and eight studio apartments. The people we support enjoy access to day services and community-based activities that promote independence, wellbeing, and connection.
What You'll Be Doing
As Scheme Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the lives of the people we support and leading a committed team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and motivating Support Workers and Waking Night Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Collaborating with social workers and external agencies to support individual outcomes.
* Managing staff rotas, annual leave, and sickness cover to ensure consistent service delivery.
* Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new team members.
* Providing occasional weekend cover as part of the management rota.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
* A confident and compassionate leader with experience in social care or supported living.
* Skilled in team management and operational coordination.
* Proficient in IT and comfortable using digital systems.
* A holder of a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
* Committed to empowering people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
