Responsibilities As a QHSE Engineer, you will:
Lead and manage QHSE programs and improvements to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Foster a positive and productive safety culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
Monitor and assess QHSE performance, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate issues.

Maintain detailed documentation, processes, and records to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in a QHSE role, with a track record of successfully managing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A collaborative approach, with a passion for working as part of a team to achieve shared success.
Relevant QHSE-related qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, IOSH) are desirable but not essential.
Day-to-Day Your typical day will involve:
Conducting audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure adherence to QHSE policies and regulations.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality and safety requirements are met.
Monitoring compliance with safety and environmental standards, taking corrective action where necessary.
Supporting team members and fostering a culture focused on health, safety, and process excellence.
Preparing and delivering reports on QHSE metrics, performance, and recommendations for improvements.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
