GSL Education are seeking a committed History Teacher to join a school in Sheffield (S5). This role provides a fantastic opportunity to deliver stimulating lessons, develop pupils’ analytical skills, and foster a love for history. As a History Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4. Encourage students to think critically, evaluate sources, and understand historical contexts. Promote independent learning and a curiosity for historical events. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Work collaboratively with staff to support pupils’ overall development. Requirements for History teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory. Experience teaching History at school level. Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
