Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end warehouse operation across goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control
* Build, develop, and manage a high-performing operational leadership team
* Improve operational performance across service, efficiency, cost, and customer delivery metrics
* Implement structure, SOPs, and process improvements to drive consistency and accountability
* Support business growth by ensuring operational capability scales effectively
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, or Distribution leadership role
* Strong leadership background managing large teams and developing frontline managers
* Experience operating in fast-paced food, FMCG, wholesale, logistics, or distribution environments
* Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs, including OTIF/OSOTIF, labour productivity, and stock accuracy
* Commercially minded with a track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
