A role which offers flexibility with an employer who promotes a "Family First" ethos. Role Responsibilities: Performing site inspections and support visits. Drafting detailed, professional reports. Offering technical and HSE support to site management teams. Conducting focused monthly checks and attending monthly meetings. Assisting the Client Regional HSE Advisor. Resolving practical problems on-site. Probing incidents and accidents. Executing external PC/client inspections. Providing in-house training for operatives and management teams. Qualifications, Experience, and Training: UK-based construction/house-building experience. NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate. Five years experience in a similar role (desirable). Excellent IT skills. UK driving licence. Personal Attributes: A dedicated focus on improving Health & Safety practices on-site. Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication with both workforce and management. The capability to quickly produce detailed, informative reports.
