Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Driver\nOur clients are leading, quality focussed, globally owned busineses looking to recruit experienced Counterbalance & OR Reach Forklift Drivers within their busy operations.\nPay: £13 - £14.19 per hour\nVarious shifts and destinations available depending on client.\nLocation: Swindon\nPlease note that due to the type of products our clients produce and distribute, you will need to be physically fit as there will be some heavy lifting involved with this role.\nThese roles will ALL require some general Warehouse duties as well as Fork Lift and Counterbalance work.\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n * Receive, unload and pick products to a high standard using both pick sheets and an RFU scanner.\n * Ability to work accurately and safely.\n * Ability to work to tight deadlines\n * Ability to spot quality issues and able to confidently report issues to a Team Lead/Supervisor.\n * Ability to safely operate a Forklift truck or Counterbalance\nABOUT YOU:\n * Enthusiastic work ethic with a willingness to improve and make a difference.\n * Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.\n * Strong materials handling skills with the ability to operate forklifts efficiently\n * Ability to go the extra mile and be flexible with working hours when needed.\n * Ability to multitask\n * Ability to follow & fully understand instructions and be able to clearly explain requirements to others.\n * Good team skills to be able to work with others and lead from the front.\n * Good verbal & written communication skills\n * Good attention to detail.\n * Evidence an in-date Counterbalance and/or Forklift licence\nPREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:\n * Good knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures.\n * Experience in the use of scanning equipment.\n * Previous experience in a warehouse environment using both Counterbalance & OR Reach forklift trucks.\nOur client is looking for great people to raise standards and to take their operation to the next level.\nIf this role sounds like a good fit for you then don't hesitate in applying
