A key position within our client's Commercial team, responsible for managing a personal book of commercial clients. The role suits a confident communicator who can handle the full client lifecycle — from administration and MTAs to renewals and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own portfolio of commercial clients from onboarding through to renewal
* Handle all administration, mid-term adjustments, documentation and client queries
* Broke and negotiate renewals to secure accurate, competitive cover options
* Identify and maximise cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
* Maintain a professional, solutions‑focused approach to all client interactions
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and FCA requirements
* Maintain accurate records and client files
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a commercial insurance broker
* At least 2 years' experience using Acturis
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident problem‑solving and negotiation abilities
* Professional work ethic and ability to communicate at all levels
* Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and development
