What You Can Expect: Managers are responsible for serving clients and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Managers develop lasting relationships with client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery. The Manager is responsible for understanding their client’s business and demonstrating technical competence in their product group and industry. Managers develop contacts with the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market. As a specialist in Business Change & Transformation, you will apply your specific expertise and experience in Change and Transformation projects across a broad range of high-profile clients in a range of market sectors. Key responsibilities: Demonstrate strong knowledge of business transformation methodologies, target operating model design, organisational change and process improvement across multiple sectors. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gain an understanding of client business operations, strategic objectives, challenges, risks, gaps and inefficiencies across people, process, technology, data and governance. Manage the delivery and execution of client engagements. Manage Protiviti and client staff in line with our BPI practice for the successful delivery of client engagements. Ensure accurate documentation of current-state business processes, operating models and ways of working through process maps, workflow diagrams and other appropriate visualisation techniques. Identify, document and communicate key business risks, operational gaps, inefficiencies and transformation opportunities across people, process, technology and governance. Evaluate, synthesise, organize and interpret data sets. Proactively identify, document and communicate innovative ideas to simplify, standardise, optimise and automate business processes and ways of working across client organisations. Lead the design of client target operating models across people, process, technology, data and governance. Draft and review high-quality client deliverables to capture the scope of transformation programmes, key observations, recommendations and proposed next steps. Execute project management, governance and programme administration activities to support the successful delivery of business transformation initiatives. Lead communication and relationship management with client stakeholders and Protiviti leadership. Support business development activities through marketing initiatives, client relationship management and identification of new opportunities. Develop an understanding of Protiviti’s broader solutions and identify opportunities to expand Protiviti’s services with existing and prospective clients. Support the development of client proposals, presentations and commercial responses for new project opportunities. Assist with the development of Protiviti thought leadership, white papers, market insights and marketing materials relating to business change and transformation. Maintain and further develop knowledge of emerging business transformation trends, technologies and industry best practices through ongoing training, development and professional certification. Lead, mentor and support junior team members, providing coaching and guidance to support their professional development. Ensure effective application of Protiviti’s methodologies, quality standards and internal policies throughout project delivery. Accurately record time and support effective project financial management. Do Your Talents Include the Following? Demonstrated experience within a consulting environment delivering business change, transformation, or operational improvement initiatives across multiple sectors. Brings exposure to organisational change, process optimisation, programme delivery, and transformation execution. Proven end-to-end project and programme management experience, with strong client relationship management skills and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor. Experience supporting the design and delivery of business transformation initiatives, including operating model design, business process optimisation, organisational redesign, digital and technology-enabled transformation, and customer or employee experience improvement. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience leading teams, supervising delivery, and contributing to the development and mentoring of junior colleagues. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity, particularly during early-stage or less structured engagements. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and develop pragmatic, value-driven solutions. Excellent communication skills, including advanced verbal, written, and presentation capabilities, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders. High-quality report writing and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail and professional standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure. Exposure to, or experience in, business development activities, including contributing to proposals and client growth initiatives. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines. High levels of integrity and professionalism, demonstrating sound ethical judgement in all aspects of work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools. Professional certification in project management or change management desirable Our Workplace and Employment Process Protiviti practices a hybrid wording model, which is a combination of working in person with purpose and working remotely and is primarily dependent upon the needs of our client. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client, project, team, and other business factors. The minimum requirement would be two days a week in the office or client site. It can sometimes mean more of a full-time presence at our client. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local, or UK wide travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments. Remuneration and Benefits Starting salar ies are competitive and are based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the salary range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Employees are eligible for medica l and dental insurance cover, life assurance, pension scheme and receive up to 2 5 days holiday p er calendar year.
