Job Description:
The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby would be the ideal locations.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives. With the guidance of the Sales Manager, the role involves all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, sales planning, implementing sales activities, reviewing results, and adjusting the plan.
The Territory Sales Manager will grow Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision-makers, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise in the designated territory.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, demonstrate, and sell a range of spine products into the NHS and private hospitals.
* Achieve sales results aligned with monthly and annual targets and KPIs.
* Sell & demonstrate medical equipment within theatre and clinical environments.
* Conduct trials and evaluations of products to drive sales.
* Provide excellent customer service to existing customers and during new customer acquisition activities.
* Develop and implement an effective sales business plan independently.
* Manage all resources and materials in the sales area, including consignment stock.
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision makers, including surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital administration, promoting the company's positive image.
* Organise and conduct training workshops with surgical and theatre staff participation.
* Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales and market conditions.
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders in the territory.
* Conduct business activities ethically and legally.
* Liaise with other company functions to meet sales objectives.
* Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments.
* Perform other relevant duties as requested.
