We’re recruiting an Inventory Controller to join our expanding team at Virgin Media O2, supporting operations across both warehouse and office settings. You’ll play a crucial role in managing inventory processes, investigating discrepancies, ensuring stock accuracy and partnering closely with internal teams and customers.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a consistent afternoon shift (14:00–22:00), working any 5 days out of 7.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS)
* Monitoring daily stock movements and performing scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts
* Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, identifying root causes, and driving improvements
* Ensuring stock integrity across multiple systems and stock owners
* Liaising with warehouse, customer service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
