Overview
A leading care provider in the North East Area is looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator to join their rapidly expanding team on a full time basis.
A competitive annual salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience. A permanent, full-time contract. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with additional on-call duties.
Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay. Occupational sick pay and death in service payment. All the above subject to terms and conditions.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers.
* Undertake some field-based work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services.
* Provide practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers.
* Work in a field-based capacity and be a driver with your own vehicle.
What we're looking for
* Experience of delivering and managing care support services.
* A good understanding of principles of good care.
* Ability to prioritise, especially under pressure.
* Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and time-management skills.
