The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor to join the team at the Marple office. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential property matters, with the support of an experienced Conveyancing Assistant and the wider team.
You will have experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
1. Sales and purchases
2. Transfers of equity
3. Re-mortgages
Key Responsibilities
4. Preparing initial Terms of Business documentation and managing client onboarding
5. Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties throughout the transaction
6. Ensuring full compliance on all client matters
7. Preparing contract packs and reviewing title documents
8. Raising and responding to legal enquiries
9. Managing exchange and completion processes
10. Preparing financial statements
11. Completing post-completion formalities
12. Drafting and finalising reports on title
