This is a varied role where you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, act as a key point of contact for customers and third parties, and ensure matters are progressed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of client accounts and cases
Responding to telephone, email and written enquiries
Liaising with clients, customers, solicitors and other third parties
Providing regular updates and resolving queries
Reviewing account information and maintaining accurate records
Negotiating and agreeing suitable outcomes where appropriate
Handling disputes and escalating issues when required
Ensuring service levels and quality standards are maintainedDesirable Experience
Previous account management, customer service or administrative experience
Experience working within property, legal, financial or professional services environments
