Structural Revit Technician
Location: North Kent | Rate: £35-40 per hour | Contract Length: 6 months (potential extension) | Arrangement: Hybrid
The Role
* Producing precise and well-coordinated structural Revit models
* Generating detailed plans, sections, schedules, and construction documentation from Revit models
* Collaborating closely with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless model integration and clash detection
* Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure drawings meet both internal and industry standards
* Contributing to Revit families, templates, and BIM protocols
* Supporting the development of BIM workflows and promoting best practices across the wider team
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Structural Revit Technician role
* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with excellent knowledge of structural detailing and coordination
* Good understanding of UK building regulations, detailing conventions, and BIM standards
* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
