Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the store team through TGI Fridays values
* Oversee people, guest, sales, profit, operations, health & safety and property aspects of the store
* Ensure TGI Fridays standards are maintained and that restaurant performance delivers its targets
* Create an environment where teams and guests feel valued, loyal and celebrated
* Act as a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays and lead by example
* Be the next generation of Deputy General Managers
Qualifications
* Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading and delivering
* Ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest‑obsessed culture
* Restaurant/hospitality experience
* Proven track record of leading teams to success
* Strong financial skills and ability to manage audits and due diligence comfortably
* Ability and skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting
* Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and deliver business results
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to think fast
* Excellent communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight guests
