HR & Payroll Executive - Part-Time

We're looking for a proactive HR & Payroll Executive to support our hospitality business, reporting directly to the HR Director. This part-time role offers flexibility, including the option to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process weekly and monthly payroll, including timesheet review and approvals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Review and approve payroll reports before submission.
* Maintain multiple HR platforms and upload data to accounting systems.
* Support recruitment processes, including drafting and issuing contracts of employment and onboarding documents & inductions.
* Upload new starters to payroll and HR systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* Update and maintain the company policy handbook.
* Provide general HR administrative support, including managing holiday queries and responding to employee enquiries.
* Report directly to the HR Director and support wider HR initiatives.
Requirements:
* 2+ years HR administration and payroll experience.
* Strong organisation and communication skills.
* Confident with HR and payroll systems.
* Detail-focused and able to meet deadlines.
* Confident handling sensitive employee data with discretion.
* Able to work independently while supporting a wider HR team.
