Our client in the Durham area are looking for a Customer Services Assistant - Grade 5 (Customer Services and Call Centre). Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5 Main Duties include, but are not limited to: - Providing first point of contact for enquiries (telephone and IT systems) - Delivering reception and general admin support - Triage and track progress of enquiries (email, telephone, webform, in person) - Support planning and delivering networking events - Provide administrative and technical support services - Manage and maintain systems and process contributing to efficiency Essential Specifications: - NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration OR Substantial relevant experience - Un derstanding and operation of office systems and procedures - Practical experience of relevant office administration and support services. - Experience of customer support services - Promotional and customer service skills - Communication, interpersonal and presentational skills - Negotiation skills - Organisational skills. - Administrative skills (including spreadsheet and database).
