Reporting directly to the EHS Manager, the EHS Site Coordinator will provide administrative support to our Environmental, Health, and Safety team.
Responsibilities
1. Compile, maintain, and control EHS documentation to comply with our Integrated Management System.
2. Design, deliver, and evaluate all generic EHS training courses.
3. Update statistics, compile presentations, arrange site inductions for new employees, book external training, and ensure project managers provide necessary training documentation.
4. Implement, supervise, and promote the use of the Vertiv Safe app, ensuring contractor compliance.
5. Arrange and manage travel and site visits for the EHS Site officer.
6. Promote a safety-first culture, hazard awareness, and proper PPE use.
7. Respond to subcontractor and client requests for information.
8. Log accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are documented and uploaded.
9. Collaborate with project managers to enhance safety responsibilities at sites.
10. Work with management to identify and implement preventive and corrective actions for compliance.
11. Conduct inductions and specific trainings; support managers in safety training delivery.
12. Manage toolbox talks and communicate updates on legislation or incident corrective actions.
Qualifications
1. Experience in Health and Safety is desirable.
2. At least 1 year of administrative experience.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced level).
4. Driving license.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Organized, methodical, rigorous, and resolute approach.
Travel
Approximately 10%, including travel to other European countries.
