We are looking for Rituals Advisors for the Festive Season! At Rituals, we created an extensive collection of luxurious yet affordable home body cosmetics. As our products, each Rituals customer is unique. With your skills and knowledge, you can guide each one to the right products to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
* Working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach your goals and the Store targets.
* Interacting with customers and providing Best in Class customer experience.
* Following Store safety procedures.
* Keeping the Store clean and tidy, so that our products are always presented according to Rituals standards.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
* A customer-service mentality and team-players work ethic.
* Decision making and problem-solving skills.
* Eye for detail, organised and structured.
