Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Validation Coordinator based in St Albans. The Validation Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and executing process validation activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating across team functions to maintain high-quality systems. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating validation documentation, conducting analytical reviews, and supporting both quality control and quality assurance efforts to meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Experience in Process Validation and Validation activities within pharmaceutical or biotech sectors
* Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail for reviewing and interpreting validation data
* Understanding and experience in Quality Control processes
* Expertise in Quality Assurance principles and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
* Effective organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
* Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is desirable
