Intelligence & Deployment – ‘Turning data into intelligence-based business action’.
Intelligence and deployment underpin the operational delivery of the ASEL Ltd risk Model (ARM). As a CIC Security Incident Agent, you will be at the forefront of UK business crime reduction and intelligent crime strategy. You will be a critical part of the most effective private Command and Intelligence Centre in the UK, supporting our 'single, centralised' international Command and Intelligence Centre. This platform enhances customer security operations, increasing safety, reducing crime, and lowering costs for subscribers, powered by the latest AI-driven data technologies.
Working hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days
Main Duties / Key Responsibilities
1. Report volume crime incidents (including theft) directly into police forces using electronic reporting solutions, following standardised procedures.
2. Proactively contact security officers across multiple client sites to encourage timely and accurate incident reporting.
3. Coach and guide officers through the reporting process, ensuring reports contain complete and high-quality information.
4. Clarify questions about incident classifications, report formats, and next steps.
5. Maintain up-to-date administrative records, supporting customer dashboards and internal systems.
6. Log call outcomes, track reporting progress, and escalate urgent incidents as required.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (including Field Operations and other departments) to ensure report consistency and resolution.
8. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
9. Uphold data protection, privacy, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Required Experience And Qualifications
Education / Qualifications / Training required:
* Good standard of general education.
* Ability to meet targets in a high-volume, repetitive environment.
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills.
* Strong organisational, documentation, and finisher skills.
* High attention to detail; ability to follow standardised procedures accurately.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication/reporting tools.
* Ability to work professionally and diplomatically when guiding others.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Desirable:
* Basic understanding of security, retail operations, or crime reduction strategies.
* Structured personal/career development planning evidence.
* Tenacity and proactive problem-solving approach.
