IT Support Technician Are you an experienced IT Support Technician ready to take your skills to the next level in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-line support via a central help desk. Diagnose and resolve issues with IT and telephony equipment. Monitor IT systems proactively to ensure efficiency and minimise downtime. Carry out planned maintenance with minimal disruption to core business functions. Liaise with third-party suppliers and support providers. Maintain system and user security, including access control and password management. Contribute to a culture of continual improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Ensure all work adheres to Health & Safety and company guidelines. What We’re Looking For Essential: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, Office Suite, and Active Directory. Solid understanding of basic networking (DHCP, DNS, routing). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities. Awareness of Health & Safety practices. Desirable: Experience with Entra (Azure), Intune. PBX Management/Maintenance. Knowledge of enhanced networking. VMWare experience.
