BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to work with a well-known Housing Association based across the Enfield, Haringey and Kings Cross area. The patch will cover Enfield and Haringey, and you will be required to visit tenants each week. You will also be required to work from the office in Kings Cross twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays) Main duties include but are not limited too; * Provide outstanding service and support for customers, handling queries, permissions and tenancy management. * Conduct tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements. * Manage cases of tenancy breaches, including the Safeguarding of our customers. * Oversee estate standards and service contract to ensure value for money and a high-quality living environment. * Lead the delivery of vibrant resident engagement and support community development objectives within your geographical patch to promote business objectives and to support tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability.
