The role requires a candidate who has a confident telephone manner and excellent attention to detail.
You will be responsible for dealing with customers by telephone, logging calls, processing job sheets in our service department, sourcing parts from our suppliers, raising quotes and also liaising with Engineers by phone and allocating calls to them.
Salary will be based on age & experience; administration experience and customer service skills are a necessity for this role.
Driving licence essential.
