About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic, resilient, and nurturing teachers to join our team from September 2025. Our school provides a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for pupils aged 5–16 with a wide range of needs, including autism spectrum conditions (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties. As an SEN Teacher, you will: * Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs. * Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families. * Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes engagement and achievement. * Use creative and flexible approaches to learning to inspire and motivate pupils.
