Job Description
Were looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level organisational and administrative support to Experians UK&I Leadership Team to ensure their time and priorities are managed effectively.
What You’ll Do
* You will manage complex diaries and inboxes, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimised.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops – from logistics to minute‑taking and follow‑ups.
* Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, and board‑level documentation.
* Handle travel arrangements, expenses, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
* Support internal communications and engagement initiatives, including team events and recognition activities.
* Be a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* Partner with other EAs and PAs across the business to ensure seamless coordination of leadership activities.
* Support onboarding for new starters and contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, corporate organisation.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks to be completed.
* Tailor communication style to suit the diverse audience across different levels of seniority.
* Focus on details and deliver work to a consistently high standard.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, and PowerPoint.
* A collaborative team player.
