The Role:
As Property Manager, you'll provide comprehensive management and tenancy support services to landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
* 🏡 Managing properties and supporting tenancies
* 🛠️ Coordinating property maintenance
* 📝 Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal processes (fire safety, gas checks, etc.)
* 📋 Conducting inventories, inspections, and check-outs
* 🤝 Liaising with contractors for repairs
* 💼 Mediating deposit releases
* 📅 Renewing tenancies
* 🌟 Maintaining company standards
Skills & Experience:
* 📚 Up-to-date knowledge of property management legislation
* 🏢 Previous experience in property management
* 🚗 Full driving license and own vehicle
* 💬 Excellent communication skills
* 🎯 Strong problem-solving abilities
* 🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* 🌟 Highly organised and can work under pressure

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, plus two Saturdays per month, 9am – 2pm.
Licence/Certification: Driving license and access to own vehicle (essential).
Qualification: ARLA (desirable but not essential).
