£27,040 Per Annum / £13 Per Hour, 40 hours per week.
Your role as Senior Spa Therapist involves assisting the Spa Manager to take responsibility for the spa department, the spa team and providing amazing hospitality to our guests.
You will be required to ensure that all guest expectations are exceeded during the spa experience. You will be responsible for motivating the team, communicating with other departments, and managing the spa ensuring all standards are met.
You will be passionate about spas and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
Experience in a similar quality spa is necessary and knowledge in holistic therapies, aromatherapy, and Elemis products is an advantage. Our signature treatments include relaxing full body massages, facials, and rituals to restore and rebalance.
Facilities include 10 treatment rooms, a couples treatment room, and a polishing suite for manicures and pedicures. We also have a Rasul Mudroom, pre and post treatment relaxation areas, and an outdoor sun terrace.
This position is a fantastic opportunity to develop yourself to Spa Manager level.
Required Skills and Education
* Previous beauty therapy experience
* Previous customer service or hospitality experience
* NVQ Level 3 beauty therapist
* Good understanding of written and spoken English language
