£30,000–£35,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £55k+) - Full-Time
Location: Leicester
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking energy consultancy that’s growing rapidly and they’re looking for a Sales Consultant who’s passionate about sustainability, strategy, and delivering real value to clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact Growth Strategy team, working under a newly appointed Head of Growth Strategy with 25+ years of industry expertise.

What the Role Involves
* Turning Insight into Action: Use data and market insight to drive smarter decisions and uncover new sales opportunities.
* Creating Value for Clients: Recommend energy strategies that cut costs, reduce consumption, and improve performance.
* Building Strong Relationships: Be more than a sales rep - become a trusted advisor who adds strategic value.
* Supporting Net Zero Goals: Help clients tackle the three Cs - Cost, Carbon, and Consumption on their path to sustainability.
* Learning from the Best: Work closely with senior leaders and gain mentorship in strategic growth and consultative sales.
What They’re Looking For
* A commercially aware individual with a passion for sustainability, data, and smart energy use
* A confident communicator who builds trust and simplifies complexity in the sales process
* An analytical mindset - comfortable with numbers, curious about performance, and always asking "why?"
* A self-starter with a consultative sales approach and a proactive attitude
* Experience in energy, consulting, sustainability, or sales is a plus - but mindset matters more than a perfect CV
What You’ll Get
* £30,000–£35,000 base salary depending on experience
