Job Details
* Full-time (39 hours) (including time in college)
* Field based role working across Merseyside
* Annual salary: £16,224 (FTE)
* Fixed term: 4 years
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
* Assist with repairs and maintenance on a full range of heating systems.
* Assist with installation of new and refurbished heating systems using a full range of techniques and materials.
* Assist with routine testing and inspection of all types of gas/heating systems.
* Adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures and undertake relevant training.
* Comply with relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
The training will take place weekly during term time in a college (college dependent on area).
Qualifications
* Genuine interest in working in the gas industry.
* GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above).
* Positive approach to completing relevant courses and qualifications.
* Flexibility towards varied work and schedules.
* Excellent customer service skills and punctuality.
* Demonstrated organisational and planning skills.
