An established Cambridge-based commercial organisation is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager - Facilities Management (FM) to drive strategic sourcing and supplier performance across a diverse estates portfolio. Initially available on a 12 month fixed term contract hybrid working is available with just 2 new days per week in the office.

Your new role
As Procurement Manager, you will take ownership of all Facilities Management procurement activity, ensuring value, compliance, and operational excellence across hard and soft FM categories.
1. Leading end-to-end procurement for FM services, including sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiation
2. Managing supplier relationships to drive performance, cost efficiency, and service quality
3. Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned to business objectives
